The Area
This superb rural cottage is situated on a beautiful Finca of 5000 sq metres, with half the Finca enclosed and for the exclusive use of our guests . There are spectacular views over the Ocean and islands. This is a really tranquil rural location but within walking distance of a Local Bodegon (Restaurant) with another Restaurant in the nearby village, which will collect our guests and bring them back. The two bedroom Cottage is extremely comfortable and suitable for up to 4 persons. The Finca is 700 m above sea level and therefore has spectacular views whilst being only a short drive away from Golf Courses, beaches, harbours and Teide National Park. We overlook the Ritz Carlton Abama Golf resort which is is further down our mountian. Playa Las Americas is only 15 minutes away by car. With Casa Vistas del Mar you can have Tranquility when you need it, high life when you want it and sunshine all year round (usually).

The Lounge
The comfortable combined Lounge & Dining Room has an 'L' shaped leather settee, dining table with four upholstered chairs, large screen TV, DVD Player and sound music system. There are double doors out to the upper terrace where the barbecue and patio furniture are situated. There is direct access to the kitchen and bathrom.

The Two Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms on the upper level. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and benefits from a sliding panorama window/door giving access to the Balcony from which there are superb views over the sea. There are two further windows giving plenty of light, a fan providing a breath of wind and a comfortable lay back chair. The Second Bedroom is a smaller gallery type bedroom with two single beds and large wardrobe.

The Bathroom
The bathroom has the normal WC, a Bidet, Bath with Shower, a Wash Hand Basin and an illuminated magnifying Shaving / Make Up Mirror. Hand and Bath Towels are provided.
