CASA TORTUGA
This rural two bedroom property is situated on the outskirts of Vera de Erques on a small Finca. The area is full of local charm and the unadopted road to the property runs beside a Barranco (Canyon). The area is abundant with vines, this being a local wine growing region. An ideal location for hill walking. |

EXTERIOR & PATIO
The property has a small patio outside with tables, chairs, benches and loungers and the all important barbecue. Casa Tortuga is child-friendly and in the grounds nearby you will find pens containing large lizards and tortoises, the Finca also has a number of friendly dogs. |

THE LOUNGE
The Lounge has two Settees, one of which can be used as a single bed. There is a dining table and chairs as well a coffee table. |

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with all the normal kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc |

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has the usual wc, wash hand basin and bath with shower. There is also a washing machine. |

BEDROOM 1
This bedroom has a double bed, small sofa and large wardrobe. Access to Bedroom 2 is from this room. |

BEDROOM 2
This small bedroom has bunk beds which can be converted to a small double if required. There is a chest of drawers and a Cot is available. Access to this bedroom is via Bedroom 1. |
